Frequently Asked Questions

Can I create a school-year calendar that spans across two years?

Yes! Simply select your start month and year (e.g. August 2026) and your end month and year (e.g. July 2027). The studio automatically calculates and scales the calendar to fit on a single 8.5" × 11" page.

How does click-and-drag date selection work?

Choose your desired category highlighter from Step 03, then press down on a start date and drag across the days you wish to mark. Release your mouse to set the range. You can also drag with the eraser tool to clear ranges quickly.

Will hole punches cut into my calendar grid?

No. You can select your binding gutter margin (from 0.25" to 0.75") in Step 05. The entire layout shifts inward to keep all dates completely clear of ring, disc, or spiral punches.
