We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your membership and maintain site security:

  • Orders, Payments & Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy): All financial transactions and subscription checkouts are processed directly by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC. When purchasing a subscription, Lemon Squeezy collects your payment details, billing address, and email address to process orders, collect statutory sales tax/VAT, and issue license keys.   • License Key & Device Activations: When you enter your license key to unlock studio tools, our licensing server validates the key against our records and logs an anonymized device identifier or browser fingerprint. This is used solely to verify active subscription status and enforce our 3-device activation limit per license.
  • Direct Contact & Inquiries: When you write to us through our contact form or support email, we collect your name, email, and message solely to respond to your inquiry.
  • Prayer Requests: Any prayer request submitted to our site may be sent anonymously. If you include your name or email, it is treated with strict Christian confidentiality and is never shared, published, or sold.
  • Server Logs: Standard technical information (IP addresses, user agents, timestamps, and page request headers) is logged by our web servers strictly for security auditing and DDoS mitigation.

Client-Side Storage (HTML5 Local Storage) & Data Notice:

Zero Server-Side User Content Storage: When you use our Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Budget, or Paper Studios, your entered budgets, task lists, schedule entries, and custom notes are stored locally inside your own device’s web browser via HTML5 localStorage. We do not store, view, transmit, or back up your financial entries or planner text on our web servers. All document exports (both PDF planners and Excel .xlsx spreadsheets) are compiled directly within your browser.

No Guarantee of Persistent Local Storage: Because localStorage is governed entirely by your local browser settings, we cannot guarantee that your data will remain permanently accessible. Local data may be erased automatically if you clear your browser history or cache, use Private/Incognito browsing, update or change web browsers, change devices, or when our website deploys software updates. You are solely responsible for exporting and saving your finished PDF and Excel files to your personal computer or cloud drive.

3. Cookies & Analytics

No Third-Party Advertising Trackers: We do not run third-party advertising cookies (such as Google AdSense), behavioral trackers, or data-broker retargeting scripts on our platform.

Functional & Session Cookies: We utilize minimal, first-party technical session cookies (such as PHPSESSID) solely for anti-spam security (CSRF token verification) and license validation checks. These cookies expire automatically upon closing your browser or completing your session.

  • Lemon Squeezy, LLC: Acts as our Merchant of Record for order processing, billing management, sales tax compliance, and license key issuance.
  • Hosting & Infrastructure Providers: Web servers and DNS infrastructure that process encrypted traffic and host our software files.
  • Legal Obligations: We will disclose personal information only if explicitly required by applicable law, subpoena, or lawful court order.

5. Data Retention & Customer Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you (such as support ticket correspondence or email communications) and ask that it be corrected or deleted.

Our studios, planners, and templates are designed for parents, educators, and homemakers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
