The Good News of Jesus Christ

We often search for peace in our routines, our homeschool days, and our daily planners. But true peace doesn’t come from an orderly house—it begins with having a right relationship with Jesus Christ. Do you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that if you stepped into eternity today, you would be welcomed into God's holy presence?

1. Realize you are a sinner before a holy God.
God is holy, pure, and just. By the world's standards, we might look like "good people," but God looks upon the heart. Scripture tells us that all have sinned, and it only takes one sin to disqualify us from Heaven. Because of our sin, the best of us is guilty in the sight of a holy God and deserving of the penalty of eternal death and hell.

“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God... For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” — Romans 3:23; 6:23

2. Realize you cannot save yourself.
No amount of clean living, being a devoted mother, church attendance, baptism, or outward morality can ever wash away our sin guilt. As long as we think we can get to Heaven through our own efforts, we will never be saved. God doesn’t take "good" people to Heaven—He saves those who know they are lost, guilty, and completely unable to save themselves.

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” — Ephesians 2:8–9

3. Realize Jesus paid your debt in full.
God loved you so deeply that He sent His Son, Jesus Christ—fully God come in the flesh. He lived the only sinless life and willingly took our place on the cross. He shed His precious blood so that our sins could be washed clean and the penalty PAID IN FULL. Three days later, He rose bodily from the grave, conquering death forever, and is now our living Savior!

“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” — John 14:6

4. Repent and trust in Jesus Christ alone.
Eternal life is a free gift received through genuine repentance and saving faith. Biblical repentance means coming to God with a broken heart and godly sorrow—turning away from trusting in yourself or your own goodness, and placing 100% of your dependence upon Jesus Christ alone to save you.

“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved... For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” — Romans 10:9, 13

Friend, God promises that He is close to those of a broken heart and contrite spirit, and near to all who call upon Him in truth. If you have never cried out to Jesus in repentance and placed your total trust in His shed blood and resurrection, I plead with you from the bottom of my heart: do not put it off. Turn to Him today, and know with absolute certainty that your soul is forgiven and secure in Him forever.

Founder of She Looketh Well

Why She Looketh Well Was Created

Hello! I'm Samantha—wife to a wonderful, godly husband and homeschool mother of 2.

First and foremost, I praise the Lord for the sweet calling of home and family!

Like so many moms, I just work better with paper in hand—practical printables, simple lists, and a clear plan right in front of me. But for so long, I found myself lost in the endless scroll of online shops, searching for individual downloads piece-by-piece, and trying to force our routine into someone else’s rigid planner.

I was tired of searching and wasting precious time. I knew what I wanted: simple tools customized for my real life, ready in seconds, right when I need them.

By the leading of the Lord, She Looketh Well was born right at my desk in our homeschool room to do just that.

Here, you can quickly create and print exactly what your home needs today—whether it’s a daily to-do list, a meal plan for the week, or a devotional sheet for your quiet time with Jesus.

My prayer is that these simple tools help you order your days with peace, freeing your time so you can fix your eyes on Jesus and pour His love into the precious souls gathered around your table.
