Effective Date: October 20261. Welcome & Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using She Looketh Well (shelookethwell.com), purchasing a subscription, activating a license key, or utilizing our interactive stationery makers, planners, budget ledgers, and digital template generators, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the site.
2. Merchant of Record & Subscriptions
Our order process, payment handling, invoicing, and tax collection are conducted directly by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC.
When you purchase access to our studio tools, you enter into a transaction with Lemon Squeezy subject to their terms of service. Lemon Squeezy calculates and remits all applicable sales taxes, VAT, and GST. Your recurring subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) until canceled in accordance with these Terms.
3. License Keys & 3-Device Activation Limit
Upon purchasing a subscription, you will receive a unique digital license key granting you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access our interactive studio suite.
License Key Terms & Conditions:
- 3-Device Limit: Each individual license key may be activated on up to a maximum of three (3) personal devices (for example: your primary home desktop, your laptop, and your personal mobile or tablet device).
- Personal & Household Use Only: A license key is issued to one individual subscriber. You may not share, lease, lend, broadcast, publicly display, or resell your license key to third parties.
- License Management & Abuse: Simultaneous activation beyond the 3-device limit is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke, deactivate, or suspend any license key found to be shared publicly, distributed on discount boards, or abused.
4. Cancellation, Renewal & Refund Policy
We strive to keep our policies clear, fair, and transparent. Please review our subscription, renewal, and refund rules carefully before subscribing:
- Non-Refundable Baseline: Except as required by applicable law, all subscription fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Immediate Digital Access: Because our digital templates, interactive generators, PDF exports, and Excel spreadsheets are available for immediate download and use upon purchase, all sales are considered final.
- Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing charges.
- 24-Hour Notice Required: To avoid being billed for your next billing cycle, you must cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before your scheduled renewal date.
How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal via the link provided in your initial order receipt email or by reaching out to our support team at [email protected].
Effect of Cancellation: When you cancel your subscription, your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current prepaid billing period. You will retain full access to our tools and your 3-device activations until that date. We do not issue prorated or partial refunds for unused days remaining in an active billing period.
Statutory Legal Exceptions: If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction where statutory consumer cooling-off periods apply by law, you acknowledge and agree that by accessing the studios and exporting digital files immediately upon purchase, you request immediate performance of digital services. Where statutory withdrawal rights cannot be waived by law, any eligible statutory refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the initial transaction and is handled through Lemon Squeezy.
Chargebacks & Disputes: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or credit card provider will result in the immediate suspension and permanent revocation of your license key and device activations.
5. Permitted Usage & Commercial Restrictions
All files generated by our studios (including PDF printable planners, wall art, chore charts, and .xlsx financial workbooks) are exported 100% watermark-free.
Permitted Personal & Ministry Uses: Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our tools. You are welcome to print unlimited physical copies of your generated materials for your household, quiet time, homeschool lessons, church ministry, or community gatherings. You may also give physically printed sheets as gifts.
Commercial Resale Strictly Prohibited: As an express condition of using this website, you agree that you will not package, resell, sub-license, redistribute, or upload the digital files, spreadsheet templates (.xlsx), or PDF documents generated by our studios as standalone digital downloads, digital planner products, print-on-demand assets, or paid templates on platforms such as Etsy, Shopify, or Teachers Pay Teachers. Doing so constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate revocation of your license key and access without a refund.
6. Browser Storage (HTML5 Local Storage) & Data Disclaimer
Our studios operate on a local-first model. For your personal privacy and ease of use, data entered into our tools (including budget numbers, calendar schedules, checklist items, and custom notes) is stored solely in your local browser’s HTML5 localStorage.
She Looketh Well does not operate user databases or provide cloud backup services for your entered entries. We cannot guarantee that your data will persist over time. Local browser storage can be cleared or lost at any time due to:
- Clearing your browser cache, history, or website cookies.
- Using Incognito, Private, or Guest browsing modes.
- Browser updates, device operating system updates, or device clean-up utilities.
- Website updates or software improvements deployed on our domain.
- Switching between different devices or browsers.
Your Backup Responsibility: You are solely responsible for routinely exporting, saving, and backing up your finished PDF planners and Excel spreadsheets to your personal computer or cloud drive. She Looketh Well is not liable for any lost, deleted, or unrecoverable entries.
7. Financial Planning & Calculation Disclaimer
Our household budget ledgers, cash flow tools, and financial templates are designed strictly for personal organizational and stewardship planning purposes.
Not Certified Financial or Legal Advice: She Looketh Well is not a registered financial advisory firm, certified public accountant (CPA), or legal service. While our worksheets incorporate standard automated formulas, you are solely responsible for auditing, reviewing, and reconciling your financial accounts and family decisions. We do not warrant that spreadsheets will function without modification across all third-party spreadsheet software versions.
8. Print Quality & "As-Is" Service Warranty
All online studio software, digital templates, and generators are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Because home printers, ink types, paper weights, and monitor color calibrations vary widely, we cannot guarantee exact color replication or print alignment on your personal equipment.
9. Scripture in the Public Domain
Scripture verses suggested and embedded throughout our tools, planners, and art studios are drawn from the Authorized King James Version (KJV), which resides fully in the public domain in the United States and may be reproduced without restriction.
10. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Use as our studio evolves. If we make material updates to subscription prices or renewal terms, notice will be provided via email through Lemon Squeezy or prominently displayed on our site prior to the update taking effect. Your continued use of your license key following updates represents your acceptance of the revised terms.
